Banana thief

So far this year I’ve been doing pretty good, I think. Let’s just say the treadmill and I have started to become friends, haha. I’m getting more and more used to running on it, which of course means it’s becoming easier for me. I don’t run for very long (so far I’ve been sticking to 30 minutes), but after today I feel like I can start increasing a bit. If you wonder why I take it so easy and try getting used to the treadmill is because at the beginning of last year when I ran a lot on the treadmill my ankles got a bit messed up and I don’t need that to happen again. Better safe than sorry.

Today I woke up 6:30, ate a Questbar, then jumped on a bus and went to the gym. Early morning workout, hurray! I was all alone at the gym, which was really weird but at the same time really awesome haha. I should do this more often. Once again I did a short 30 minute run. This time it felt very easy, so I’m not really sure why I didn’t run for an extra 5-10 minutes – next time, next time. After that I finished off with some simple stretching and ab workouts.
While I was waiting for the bus after my workout I stopped by the grocery store to see if I could find something to eat. I ended up buying strawberries, blueberries, bread and bananas. But wait.. While I was sitting on the bus I noticed the little plastic bag with 4 bananas hanging around my arm. Oh no, I had just left the store without paying for the bananas! Sure, bananas are cheap, but still.. Haha, I feel so bad about it.

How’s the year been so far for you?
